By using FixThisNow, you agree to these terms. Read them — they're short and we wrote them in plain English on purpose.
An AI-powered diagnostic assistant for home, vehicle, appliance, tech, and clothing repair. You upload a photo or describe a problem; our AI returns a suggested diagnosis, parts list, tool list, and step-by-step instructions.
You agree to: (a) use FixThisNow only for lawful purposes, (b) not upload photos that are obscene, violent, or infringe someone else's rights, (c) exercise your own judgment about any repair — especially anything involving safety hazards, and (d) follow all applicable building codes and manufacturer instructions when you perform a repair.
The free tier gives you a limited number of diagnoses per day (currently 3). The Pro tier is a paid subscription that removes this limit and adds Live Assist, maintenance reminders, and household inventory. Pricing is shown on our pricing page and you can cancel anytime.
We bill through Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro: if you're not happy for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, email billing@fixthisnow.ai for a full refund. After 30 days you can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again, but we don't pro-rate partial periods.
FixThisNow is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that any diagnosis is accurate, that any repair will succeed, or that any linked part is suitable for your specific equipment. You are responsible for verifying compatibility and following all safety precautions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixThisNow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including (without limitation) property damage, personal injury, or cost of replacement parts. Our total liability for any claim related to FixThisNow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some part links on FixThisNow (e.g. to Amazon, Home Depot) are affiliate links. When you buy through them we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This never influences which parts we recommend — we recommend the right part regardless of affiliate availability.
We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service (spam, attempted circumvention of free limits, harmful content, etc.). If you want to close your own account, email hello@fixthisnow.ai.
We may update these terms. If anything material changes, we'll post the update here with a new "Last updated" date and, for Pro users, we'll email you.
